A scalable CRM system for managing travel groups, pilgrims, finances, and operations
The client needed a robust system to manage pilgrimage tours with complex operations like group coordination, pilgrim tracking, payments in multiple currencies, document verification, and communication workflows. Their previous tools were fragmented, slow, and not reliable for real-time operations.
We built a full CRM platform using Django REST Framework with a scalable backend architecture powered by PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery. The system handles users with role-based access, group and pilgrim management, financial tracking with currency support, document workflows, and automated background tasks. Dockerized deployment ensures easy scaling and stable production performance. The result is a centralized system that keeps all operations clean, fast, and synchronized.
