A wholesale distributor managing 200+ SKUs and 50 active clients was running their entire operation on spreadsheets and email threads. Orders were getting lost, inventory counts were consistently wrong, and there was zero visibility into which clients were profitable. Sales reps had no shared system, so double-bookings and stockouts were a weekly occurrence. They needed a centralized platform their whole team could use — from the warehouse floor to the executive suite.

We designed and built a full-stack B2B operations dashboard with role-based access for three user types: warehouse admins, sales reps, and client accounts. The system features real-time inventory tracking with automated low-stock alerts, a client-facing portal for order placement and status tracking, and a business intelligence layer with revenue charts and client performance reports. Built with React on the frontend and a Node.js + MongoDB backend, the platform runs on AWS with automated daily backups and a 99.9% uptime SLA. Within three months of launch, order errors dropped by 94% and the team reclaimed 20+ hours per week previously spent on manual reconciliation.
