Companies handling visa applications were struggling with slow, manual passport processing. Staff had to extract data from PDFs and images by hand, manage group uploads, and repeatedly verify documents. This created delays, human errors, and a heavy operational workload, especially when processing large batches of passports.

We built a full-stack visa automation system with AI-powered OCR and structured data extraction. The platform allows bulk passport uploads, automatically extracts key information using OpenAI vision models, detects faces from documents, and organizes everything into structured groups. With role-based access, admins can manage users while operators handle processing efficiently. The system removes manual data entry almost completely and turns visa processing into a fast, automated workflow.
